Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

a) If you return the product within 15 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

b) If you return the product after 15 days from the date of purchase, the following deductions will apply:

• Making charges for gold
• 20% of the diamond value (i.e., you will receive 80% of the diamond value)
  

c) Customers must return all contents of the package – product, product boxes, packaging, guarantee or warranty card, certificate of authenticity (if any), and any other brochure, literature, or information booklet to Anicham Jewellers Private Limited.

d) Products returned will be inspected by authorized personnel at Anicham Jewellers Private Limited, and the return will be initiated only if the product is received in a good, saleable, marketable condition and is satisfactory to Anicham Jewellers Private Limited.

e) If the product is found to be tampered with, resulting in it not being in a good, saleable, marketable condition, and is not satisfactory to Anicham Jewellers Private Limited, then Anicham Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to recover the cost of damages and associated costs from the customer and/or refuse to accept the return. In such cases, the product will be delivered back to the customer following the standard procedure as elaborated in these terms. Anicham Jewellers Private Limited shall bear no further liability towards the product if the return is rejected.

f) The credit card account of the member will be re-credited with the refund amount by Anicham Jewellers Private Limited. The refund amount will be credited to the member’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank that issued the credit card.

g) In case of a return request, Anicham Jewellers Private Limited will arrange to pick up the product from the delivery location. The cost of shipment back to the Anicham Jewellers Private Limited warehouse and insurance during transit will be covered by Anicham Jewellers Private Limited.

Exchanges

a) If you exchange the product within 15 days from the date of purchase, no deductions will be made, and the product will be exchanged.

b) If you exchange the product after 15 days from the date of purchase, the following deductions will apply:

• Making charges for gold

c) If the product is found to be tampered with, resulting in it not being in a good, saleable, marketable condition, and is not satisfactory to Anicham Jewellers Private Limited, then Anicham Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to recover the cost of damages and associated costs from the customer.

d) Customers must return all contents of the package – product, product boxes, packaging, guarantee or warranty card, certificate of authenticity (if any), and any other brochure, literature, or information booklet to Anicham Jewellers Private Limited for exchange.

e) Products returned for exchange will be inspected by authorized personnel at Anicham Jewellers Private Limited. If the selected product is of lesser value, the excess amount will be refunded, and if it's of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

f) In case of an exchange request, Anicham Jewellers Private Limited will arrange to pick up the product from the delivery location. The cost of shipment back to the Anicham Jewellers Private Limited warehouse and insurance during transit will be covered by Anicham Jewellers Private Limited.
